Five Functions of a Team

Not finance. Not strategy. Not technology. It is teamwork that remains the ultimate competitive advantage.

Patrick Lencioni · Author of the Book "5 dysfunctions of a team"

Working as a Scrum Master always means helping a team become agile, learn Scrum, and work together as a real team. To strengthen collaboration in my Scrum teams, I created a poster based on the opposite of Patrick Lencioni's book 5 dysfunctions of a team. This poster helps the team always remember the 5 core values of successful teamwork.

The 5 values are structured as a pyramid — without the foundation, the layers above have nothing to stand on.

  1. Trust
  2. Conflicts
  3. Engagement
  4. Responsibility
  5. Committed to Results

The poster is only available in German at the moment. Send me an email if you need an English version.
